| Site Search Engine |
| This Search Engine provides the ability to search this entire website for specific words (text "strings"), but some things should be noted: 1. For better or worse, I put "Burials in Woodlawn Cemetery" and also "Campbell High School Graduates" in a "Surname, FirstName" format on the web pages. This Search Engine interprets the phrase "Surname [comma] FirstName" as an "AND" search, and looks for both names. In most cases, I suggest you search only for the Surname. You will get fewer incorrect "hits" that way. (Note that you can allow up to TWO mis-spellings, which should find most all deviant spellings.) (A "FirstName Surname" search will yield NO hits for Woodlawn Cemetery burials, or for Campbell High School graduates, because of the comma situation.) 2. On many web pages I used only first names, to provide a certain amount of "privacy." In the case of local residents, the best searches will be by FirstName only. In a few cases, I used Surnames, so you might search both ways. 3. I suggest you select the "Jump to line" option when you search ... that will take you directly to the line of interest, and will eliminate a lot of "scrolling." 4. To allow an index to be made of my Guestbook, I put a copy of it on this website. (The real guestbook is actually on America OnLine.) Thus, you can determine where an entry is located, and read that entry on this server. If you want to make a Guestbook entry (or to read recent Guestbook entries not yet indexed), click "Make an Entry" and you will be transferred to the guestbook on America OnLine.
